HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE to class?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class. If it’s your FIRST CLASS, please arrive 15 minutes early for a mandatory introduction to the Megaformer so we can truly help you put your best foot forward.

WHAT IF I’m running LATE?

Out of respect for other students and the teacher, students arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to enter. A walk-in student may also take an open Megaformer at the 5 minute mark.

How Fit do I need to be?

Lagree Fitness is modifiable for ALL fitness levels. As long as you come with a positive attitude and ready to work - you’re going to rock it.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

Yourself, a good attitude, and workout clothing - including sticky socks! We also strongly recommend water.

DO I really need sticky SOCKS?

Yes! Sticky socks are required for every client for every class. They help you safely get low and go slow AND keep things cleaner. Bring your own, or socks are available to purchase in studio starting at $15.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE CLASS?

Depends on your fitness goals! However, we recommend at least three times per week if you’re hoping for those long, sculpted, toned muscles.

WHAT IF I’M PREGNANT?

It’s not recommended to start a new workout mid pregnancy, however, we’re comfortable with you practicing as long as you and your physician are. There’s always a modification available.
