Lagree MT offers a high-intensity, low-impact workout, moving through exercises at an extremely slow pace on our Lagree Megaformer machines. It's the perfect alternative to other high-intensity training options that can potentially damage the body. The Lagree method effectively combines resistance, endurance, core, and cardio training to safely stimulate strength, flexibility, and balance with little to no impact on the body. Men and women of all ages and abilities can benefit from this complete body workout.

Our Classes will leave your muscles shaking, your body leaner, stronger and fitter than ever.  We blend precision coaching with expert routine programming on patented equipment that uses counter-resistance and your own body weight to target your slow twitch muscle fibers and make it difficult to plateau. Activating slow twitch muscle fibers builds lean muscle mass and can increase your metabolism for 24+ hours after class. The formula of slow and controlled movements under constant tension makes Lagree MT the best workout to safely challenge your mind and body.

Lagree MT classes are are closer to personal training sessions in a group fitness setting

This is a different workout than "typical" group fitness classes (no dancing, choreography, or tights required), and is closer to group personal training - our highly skilled coaches focus on FORM and RESULTS.

Our small class sizes allow you one-on-one attention from our trainers, who will push you and offer modifications based on your goals and fitness levels. Lagree MT classes grow with you - as you get stronger it doesn’t get easier. Whether you are new or have been coming for years, you will get a killer workout. Every. Single. Time.
