the workout
Our unique workout follows the Lagree method and is done on a Megaformer machine. Each high-intensity, 45 minute workout incorporates strength training, cardio, balance, flexibility, cardio, and core stabilization.
the role
At the heart of our community are our amazing trainers. Lagree MT trainers motivate clients through each strenuous 45 minute class by both strictly monitoring form and tempo, and truly caring and connecting.
qualifications
willingness to learn and teach the Lagree Fitness Method
teaches the very best class. Every class.
teaches each a minimum of 3 classes per week
prior experience teaching fitness a plus
prior Megaformer experience a plus
sales experience a plus
job responsibilities
build a weekly 45-minute routine set to an energetic music playlist
safely and effectively coach and motivate students through classes
strictly monitor client form and alignment and proactively make adjustments
welcome students and help them prepare for class
remain knowledgeable on studio expectations, announcements, and promotions
help promote and sell various class packages and memberships
adhere to Lagree MT standards in and out of the studio

Job Type: Part-time. All Lagree MT instructors are Independent Contractors, not employees of the studio.
the training
Lagree MT trainers must undergo a comprehensive training program. Our trainings are small and highly selective, allowing for individualized support and tight-knit relationships. We are dedicated to the success of each trainee and training, where you will learn the method, the science, and the equipment, all of which are a vital component of the effectiveness and safety of each class.
training responsibilities
attend 16 hour instructor training course
observe and take classes taught by current instructors
teach mock classes
audition to be placed on the schedule
must complete a minimum of 20 Megaformer classes prior or during training
discounted drop in classes at Lagree MT to use before the certification for practice
training cost
$500 to hold your spot. Credit Card and payment plans possible.
