The Lagree method combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility training - increasing your stamina, strength, and core to assist in all other activities.

In the words of founder, Sebastien Lagree, “If you like to run, you will run faster and longer by incorporating Lagree in your training routine; If you like to lift weight, you will lift more weight with more explosion.”
