During this month of love, we’re featuring another fabulous Lagree MT couple—Meet The Falcons, Chelsey and Tanner. From marathons to weight training, they love how Lagree MT keeps them strong, gives them a little brain vacation, and will help Tanner be an absolute unit to any boy that wants to date his daughters.

 

WELCOME COACH SARIAH!

We’re so excited to welcome Sariah to our Lagree MT coaching squad!

Sariah began her fitness journey about seven years ago after experiencing a wake-up call. By learning how to eat right and move her body, she lost 20 pounds, completed her first marathon, and found a home gym that inspired [her] to keep going. After moving to Montana last year, she discovered Lagree MT and was hooked from the very first class!

Her philosophy is simple: we only get one body, so it’s important to take care of it. Sariah is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone—from seasoned athletes to those just starting out—feels supported, capable, and excited to move.
