POLICIES

Our classes are small but mighty and with the limited number of Megaformers, you may change or cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class starts. Your class will go back in your account for you to use at another time.

Classes canceled less than 12 hours in advance are considered a late-cancel, where you will lose the class credit and incur a fee of $20. No-shows also lose the class and incur a fee of $25.

Auto-pay Members receive 3 late cancel fee waivers per calendar year.

Class Pack holders receive 1 late cancel fee waiver per calendar year.

CLASS
CANCELLATION

Because our trainers are paid per client and they rely on their class roster the day of, we do not allow same day class switches. If you would like to switch class, it will result in a late fee and loss of class, as it is considered a late cancel.

CLASS SWITCHING

WAITLIST

When you join a class’ waitlist, you’re committing to joining a class and can be notified up to 12 hours before the class if you have been moved from the wait-list and into the class. If you are added to the class from the waitlist and do not show, you will be charged a no show fee.

We do not suggest adding yourself to any waitlist if you have opted out from our text or email schedule notifications. If you have opted out, you must manually check the class roster to see if you got into the class. Clients who remain opted-in to receive messages will receive a text/email confirmation if they make the roster.

If your plans change and you’re unable to make the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS

Sticky socks are required. If you do not own a pair, we have a wide variety, at a range of price points, for purchase.

First class? Please arrive 15 minutes early for a mandatory introduction to the Megaformer to put your best foot forward. If you arrive less than 5 minutes in advance, we will invite you to try your first class another time. If redeeming an Intro Deal, please bring proof of residency or a local student ID.

More than 5 minutes late to class? Out of respect for other students and the teacher, students arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to enter. A walk-in student may also take an open Megaformer at the 5 minute mark.

Please refrain from phone/electronic usage during class.

All clients must agree to all conditions in order to take any Lagree MT class.

PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION

Private sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice, or a $50 late cancel fee will be charged. No shows are charged in full.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Memberships require a 30-day written cancellation notice via email to support@lagreemt.com. You will receive confirmation upon receipt along with your final payment date. Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.

You may place your auto-pay membership on hold one time per calendar year - all membership suspensions will be capped at a 2-month maximum time allowance. After the 2-month term, your membership will be re-activated. For each additional hold, there will be a fee of $45/month.

Coaches are subject to change without notice.

Lagree MT reserves the right to cancel classes due to low attendance.

Memberships and class packages are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund.

If there is an amount past due on your Membership, the account must be paid in full before any suspension or termination will be processed.

Children under the age of 16 may only attend private classes and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children between 16 and 18 years old must first take a private lesson and then access to group classes will be considered on an individual basis.

We understand life happens and there may be moments where childcare falls through, but we do not allow unattended minors to be in the waiting area while class is in session.

Pregnancy and Lagree MT - if you are a current Lagree MT client and become pregnant, please inform your instructor once you are aware of your pregnancy and we will help you modify to keep working out with us for as long as your doctor allows. If you are pregnant and new to Lagree MT, you must first start with Private Sessions to ensure we can keep you as safe as possible. Postpartum mothers must wait a minimum of 8 weeks, along with approval from your physician, to resume classes.

Injuries and Lagree MT - we have experience helping clients who suffer from many types of injuries and limitations get stronger through their recovery. However, if you have a situation that requires significant modifications, we may require you to take private lessons - as opposed to our group classes . If you have an injury (diastasis recti, recent knee surgery, etc) and are wondering if we would require a private session, please email us at hi@lagreemt.com and we can start a dialogue.
