You’re not alone. Most gyms provide little guidance and offer basic workouts that get boring quickly, require too much of your time, and offer mediocre results. We believe that you should never be packed into an overcrowded room left to figure out what to do on your own – while being charged big money for it!!

THE NEED TO KNOW
WTF IS THIS LAGREE THING??
At Lagree MT, it’s not about counting reps or lifting weight. Each exercise is performed slllowwwwwly with the goal of enduring the movement while maintaining proper form to stimulate multiple muscle groups all at once for a challenging total body workout.
WHAT TO BRING
All you need to bring is some water and a pair of sticky socks. If you don’t own grip socks or need a new pair, you can purchase them in our studio.
TIMING
Set yourself up for success at your first class and show up 15 minutes early to meet your instructor and inform them about any physical limitations or injuries. They’ll give you the rundown and prepare you for the best 45 minutes of your day!
