What’s Your Why?
We don’t just stumble into a workout. There’s a reason why we focus on our fitness and dedicate the time, energy and money towards it. Are you cross-training for another activity you enjoy? Are you focusing on your health and fitness to improve your life? Perhaps you just need the stress release and want those endorphins that working out can offer.
There’s something that gets you there. Find your reason why, and internalize it. That way, when your body starts shaking as we work your muscle groups to failure in class, carving out those long, lean muscles - your mind won’t give in, before your body ever would.
