Flu/Cold Immunity Tea Bombs
Whether you're feeling a cold come on or preparing for the flu season, try these simple immunity bombs. You can store them in the freezer and just add hot water as needed!
INGREDIENTS
2 whole lemons (peeled)
2 big bunches of fresh ginger
1 whole head of garlic
2 tbsp of turmeric
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp cinnamon
1.5 tbsp cayenne (spicy!)
1/2 tbsp AVC
1.5 tbsp honey
3 cups of water
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the ingredients together
Strain. A cheese cloth will catch more than a mesh sieve.
Pour the mixture into a silicone muffin dish and freeze.
Freeze. Once frozen completely (usually a few hours or overnight) , transfer them to an airtight container or zipper-lock bag.
Store the tea bombs in the freezer until needed.
To enjoy a cup of flu/cold tea, simply drop one tea bomb into a cup of hot water and allow it to dissolve completely. Stir well and sip slowly.
