Meet Beth
How long have you been coming to Lagree MT?
It was February or March of 2021 when I first started. I've had to leave town a lot to help my aging parents and family visits. And still, I'm a few classes away from 250!
What is your favorite Lagree move?
I love the first and the last moves of every workout. It's fun to compare the feelings of getting started and ending such a substantial pile of minutes.
What's your Why? (Why do you workout and keep coming back for more?)
I had a wake-up call turning 50 during the mess of 2020 and my bad case of covid that year. Friends and loved ones were dying. I became totally intolerant for my excuses that kept me from taking better care of my whole self.
On two lighter notes, I was born with arms the size of some women's legs. I really wanted these big wings to look and feel badass rather than like flabby mass. And I was curious if I could reduce my beer belly without totally removing beer from my life.

How has Lagree MT made a positive impact on your life?
I don't have room for 5000 words here so I'll just say because of Lagree MT I'm simultaneously more confident and more humble. I feel connected and accomplished. I'm more fit and thriving.
Why do you choose Lagree MT over another workout?
The efficient and precise breath/mind/body challenge rocks my world. I adore the supportive instructors and upbeat community. Class sizes are perfect for me and the overall vibe is very good.
Fun Fact
I've been married for almost 28 years. I gave birth 4 times and once in an off grid remote school bus.
