Lagree gives her the right kind of energy to give her all to her family and at her job as an elementary teacher! 

 

Meet Therese

How long have you been coming to Lagree MT?

I dabbled with Lagree here and there in 2020 and 2021. A few of my colleagues had taken a class when you first opened and told me I should give it a try! I started consistently coming in November 2022 when I did the donation based Thanksgiving class (and scored a sweet Leg Day shirt!) 

What is your favorite Lagree move?

That’s so hard- because there are tons I love, but if I have to pick I’d say Donkey Kick! I feel my entire body in that move! Feeling your obliques fully engaged in a “leg move” is so empowering! 


What's your Why? (Why do you workout and keep coming back for more?)

Being active has always been part of my life. I grew up dancing and playing sports, then as an adult, became an avid runner, a yogi, and taught yoga classes.  Whatever platform, movement has always been how I “find center” each day.  It gives me the right kind of energy to give my all to my family and at my job as an elementary teacher! 


How has Lagree MT made a positive impact on your life?

Waking up at 5:15 to make it to my favorite 6am Lagree class has changed the way I see mornings! I find myself waking up early to move my body, even on non Lagree days! That leaves evenings open for my family, and my kids (two daughters) and all of their activities. 

Why do you choose Lagree MT over another workout?

I never leave a Lagree class feeling like it was easy, and that makes me want to come back again and again. Consistently repeating moves week in and week out also allows me to mark my progress and notice how much stronger I’m becoming! 

Fun Fact

I started dancing (ballet) when I was 2 and took weekly classes until I was 20!
