THE RESULTS ARE IN!

Congratulations to everyone who participated in our 2025 90 Day Body Composition Challenge! You worked hard to kickstart your 2025 fitness goals as highlighted by the incredible results below.

The Challenge began the week of January 20-26 and ran for 90 days, using InBody analysis scans to monitor body composition changes. Remember, this wasn’t a weight loss contest — it was all about meaningful, healthy change and winners have been determined by the best overall results based on change in their broken down body composition, including muscle growth and fat loss.

Now for the exciting part — the results!

While our studio owner, Dan, technically earned the top spot with an impressive 34% body composition change, he's forgoing the prizes in the spirit of supporting the community and is passing them along to the next finishers (but give him a high five when you see him next)!

Nelli Boone with a 27.01% overall body composition change.
